Who we are:
A consortium of 3 companies in the commercial property industry (property agency, office fit out and IT and Telecoms solutions) is looking for a group Sales Executive to generate new business and appointments.
The Junior New Business Executive Role:
An experienced telesales professional with a solid track record within outbound business to business sales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone.
Office environment: Fun, friendly, hard working, fast paced, close knit team.
Junior New Business Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Work to daily / weekly targets
- Making outbound business to business calls.
- Booking meetings for the account managers.
- Sourcing new leads
- Working from 3 pitches (agency pitch, Fit out and IT and Telecoms)
- Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process.
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Maintaining and updating customer database.
- Associated admin duties
The successful sales executive will have:
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Highly organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Tenacious approach
- Self-motivated attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT skills
- Confident and professional
