MIT Property Consultants are a small friendly company based in Holland Park and Knightsbridge. We are looking for a Junior Admin/Marketing person. experience not necessary but enthusiasm and willingness to learn is important!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Salary: £7.50 per hour.
-Delivering Marketing leaflets to homes and apartment blocks on a daily basis.
-Taking videos and photos of streets visited.
-Posting on social media
-Taking details of building and properties under construction.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with client enquiries.
- Occasionally attend property viewings
- Network on behalf of the company at Events.
- Run errands
- Keep office neat and tidy
- Order stationary when required
- Letter writing
- Make weekly reports of which streets and neighbourhood have been covered.
We are looking for someone who is able to work under pressure, has computer skills and it is paramount that you can use your own initiative. As you will be answering the phone and writing emails, you must be able to speak, read and write Fluent English.
