We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate junior manager to lead our front of house team.

Dee light bakery has built a name within the community over the last 6 years and are proud to be recognised as a home away from home with fresh baked food, great coffee and fantastic local service.
We are looking for a highly ambitious junior manager to help head up our front of house team and promote growth within the company as a whole.
The right applicant will have a strong hospitality background and a minimum 1 years working in a similar management position.

Barista experienced highly preferred but not essential.
You will be taught some baking techniques on site.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage of front of house team.

Take responsibility for the effective running of the cafe and ensure the team deliver exceptional customer experience.

Ensure the staff rotas are optimised to meet operational demands.

Drive productivity and profitability by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.

Effective communications to all members of staff.

Manage and lead your team, with the ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent.

· Full Time Position with an exciting, forward thinking company.

· £22-24,000 Annual Salary depending on experience.
