This role is a bit of a mix between Junior House Management and providing Executive Assistance to the House Manager and related teams within the Family Office. We are looking for candidates with strong clerical backgrounds - happy to work with spreadsheets, overseeing staffing rotas, financial planning, ordering stock etc, but who is also well versed in Private Households and is able to provide right-hand man support to both the property management and internal house management. It is a busy, big and challenging role which will require someone with meticulous organisational and IT skills, confident in a client facing position, and yet also still able to provide first class Assistance to more senior members of the team.
Location: North London
Hours: Office Hours with some flexibility.
Salary: DOE
Start Date: Immediate

Notes: Driving licence useful, DBS required.
Responsibilities to include:
Overseeing staffing administration - rotas, absence / sick leave, new starter paperwork etc.
Assistance to the Property Manager - Liaising with contractors, research, overseeing invoices etc.
Assistance to House Manager - guest schedules, ordering stock, administrative filing.
Candidates Must Be / Have:
Excellent IT skills (Mac)
Financial Acumen
Organised, discreet and confident
Able to be flexible with their time on occasion.
Experienced within hospitality or Private Household arena.
