Junior House Manager / Senior Housekeeper in Notting Hill
A unique role has become available with a family in Notting Hill, W11. Looking for a Junior House Manager / Senior Housekeeper working in a home 5 days a week, mainly Mon – Fri for a great salary of £40 – £45,000 per annum.
You will be working alongside the chief of staff, who has been with the family for 10 years and manages the staff properties for the family in the UK and overseas, she is in the London home 3 days a week and will do staff meetings.
She does a lot of the main duties for the family and you will be the junior house manager communicating to her about the Notting hill home and helping the housekeeping team.
General duties: Looking after the housekeeping team, oversee the contractors coming in and out of the property, organise and answer emails from staff and contractors when required, order products for the house and off Amazon etc, assisting with the housekeeping and laundry when required by the team.
Communicate with the chief of staff and organise to assist with the smooth running of the Notting Hill home. Cooking occasional dinners for the family when required like vegetarian, Mediterranean and spicy food.
The Candidate: Friendly, polite, positive with a can-do attitude / lot of common sense. The family are looking for someone professional and computer literate to help with emails. Also some cooking skills will be required (no a chef) and a driver is a big bonus.
