We urgently looking for a new HEAD CHEF to take over our kitchen and join the lovely family team at The Shakespeare Barbican.
We mainly do a mix of traditional English and Italian food as part of our family is originally from Italy. We also make really good pizza which we have a great reputation for.
There are currently 2 people in the kitchen with one kitchen porter working on busy days.
This role is ideal for a junior Head Chef, someone who has the will and passion to make the kitchen their own and present their own creations. There will be plenty of lead way to work alone as long as the cost and pricing are right.
A good knowledge of HACCP and cost control are paramount.
