We are an international online dating company and are looking for a motivated Junior french online marketing/ customer service  assistant :

Full time or Part-time w/flexible hours
Based in Kensington, London
Training on the job provided

Necessary skills:

French speaking w/English writing and speaking skills.
Internet Savy w/Good Knowledge of Social Media, Word and Excel.
Wordpress knowledge would be a plus
Motivated w/experience in Customer Service.
Previous sales and/or support experience would be a plus.
Good organisational skills
Good Team communication skills

Job description:

Finding new customers through social media, online ads etc.
Providing help and advice to customers via emails/Skype etc.
Coaching customers directly or with other coaches.
Promoting the services offered online or via Emails.
