Junior Estimator, Construction Estimator, Mechanical Estimator Junior Estimator is needed by our client who are experts in providing plumbing and heating services across London for over a decade now. This is a great opportunity to join an established company with a great customer base. This role would suit an individual that can use their initiative, work as an individual as well as a team. They are looking for a driven, dedicated individual with an excellent work ethic who wants to enhance their career and grow within the business. Full training will be provided.Job role (but not limited to): * Part/Material procurement * Pricing jobs * Creating estimates * Sending estimates to clients * Following up estimates * Liaising with engineers and subcontractors * Answering the phone and emails * Responsible for communicating with sales team as well as external customers; advising on product, design and installation. * Liaising with suppliers * Negotiating supplier terms * Provide take offs and bill of quantities * Job costing * Plans and specification analysis Skills/experience: * experience in the construction or mechanical sector. * Previous experience as an estimator preferable, however not essential as they offer full training. * Fluent in written and spoken English essential. * Strong Maths and excel skills required.
