Key Responsibilities of the Junior Employee Support Officer.
As the Junior Employee Support Officer, you will be liaising with our customers to successfully improve on the issues, complaints, and inquiries we receive while maintaining and providing customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
You will play an integral role as the Junior Employee Support Officer and have an excellent professional and friendly attitude and develop a rapport with our customers over the phone.
Knowledge and Skills needed to become our Junior Employee Support Officer.
- experience of having worked within a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
