Koji a busy Parsons Green (Fulham) cocktail bar, sushi bar and Japanese restaurant is looking for a Junior Bartender who is passionate about cocktails. As a Junior Bartender you will be trained to deliver high levels of guest service. You will work alongside a very experienced Bar and Restaurant team. You will be trained in all the classic and Koji cocktails and in high end spirits and wines so that eventually you will be able to recommend drinks to complements guest's palates and meals.

- previous experience as a bar back/junior bartender
- an understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations
- a willingness to learn the skills and techniques we will teach you
- enthusiasm and be looking to develop a successful career in high end bars and restaurants
- clear communication skills and an ability to build a rapport with guests
