Moshi Moshi is the UK's original kaiten sushi bar and We are looking for an enthousiastic junior chef (Male/Female welcome) to join our small dedicated team of mainly Japanese and Asian chefs. We use locally sourced fish and offer the ability to train with a team of highly experienced chefs.
Moshi Moshi is located within Liverpool Train station,
you will be required to work 5 to 8 shifts for the lunch and dinner trade with the last order for dinner at 10pm between Monday to Friday depending on wether you apply for a full time or a part time position.
A knowledge of Japanese or Oriental food preferable, attention to details, precision and a high level of personal hygiene necessary.
The right candidate must have a can do attitude and be a respectful team player willing to learn and work under pressure.
