Our shop has a large selection of food displayed in fridges and warm cabinets as well as a hot serving counter selling a range of speciality hot dishes.
Our busy little kitchen based in the Enjoy Work Business Park, Chiswick, is looking for a Junior Chef to help prepare and package food ready to be sold to our loyal customers. The kind of person we are looking for has an eye for detail, can work quickly, is happy with an early start and lives in the local area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high volume environments. We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working Chef with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and techniques.
The main duties include

Preparing sushi and salad Bento boxes
Stocking display fridge
Cooking rice and other basic ingredients
Food safety checks and paperwork
Cleaning and clearing up

The working hours are between 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday. There is no evening or weekend work or on public holidays as the shop is closed. We also offer meals on duty, paid holiday, pension and a great working environment.
You will report directly the head chef and shop manager.
The rates of pay start from £8 per hour and depend on experience.
We also offer paid holiday, discounts in restaurants, meals on shift.
