We are looking for a Junior Bartender to work in an independently run restaurant in the heart of the City.
You will receive wine, spirit and beverage training. We will also develop your knowledge of cocktails and the restaurant menu.
This High End Boutique Steak House, has the reputation of serving one of the finest steaks in London and providing a very professional, charming, knowledgeable service. Specialised in Beef , wines and cocktails, promoting a refined dinning experience.

• A smart and professional appearance
• Flexibility and a positive working attitude
•Ability to work as a part of a team and also independently
•A willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge
• Must be able to live and work in the UK with no restrictions
Previous restaurant or bar experience is essential, training will be provided. Must be available to start immediately.
Days off will be Sunday, plus a week day.
The restaurant closes between Christmas and New years. Paid holidays.
