A rare opportunity has come up to join the team as a junior baker / kitchen assistant.
We're famous for our award winning cupcakes, cakes and brownies and we want you to come and learn how to make them!
The role includes:
Making buttercream
Making caramel, curds and compotes from scratch
Cleaning and organising
Learning to bake all of our cake, cupcake and brownie recipes
We're looking for someone hard working, fun and responsible to become a future star baker. Some basic baking experience would be an advantage to help get you started but we'll be teaching you all of the techniques you'll need. This role would suit an ambitious kitchen porter or someone out of college wanting real experience in an award winning kitchen.
Starting salary for this junior position is £8 per hour based on a 40 hour week. The harder you work and the faster you learn the more we'll invest in you and your development. This is a permanent position with 29 days holiday per year.
Must have the right to live and work in the UK with a good standard of spoken and written English
