Rockstar Bakers are an Award Winning Bakery which takes pride in producing high quality sourdough bread, cakes and pastries.
We are looking for a Junior Baker with some experience to join our team. Our bakery is based in South London near Brixton.
We have a great reputation for our bread, cakes and pastries, that not only look good but have a great flavour. We specialise in sourdough breads and use artisan techniques and long fermentation methods to create a wonderful flavour. We're also the first people to create the Cruffin (muffin/Croissant hybrid) in the UK. Quality is always at the forefront and we never like to take short-cuts.
The applicant must have a passion for great bread and be able to work well as part of a team. experience of working in a professional kitchen/bakery is a necessity. We are a growing company with plenty of energy and ambition and are looking for people who share these tributes. This is a great opportunity for the right person to extend their knowledge and learn from some wonderful bakers.
All candidates must have an excellent command of the English language and already be located in the UK with appropriate work permits.
