Junior Architectural Technician or Architect
Our client is a small established Design and Build specialist, designer, contractor and developer working on high-end residential and commercial projects in Central London.
The main purpose of the role is to provide technical detailing and construction drawings to the design team on a new build 5 story luxury Mews house.
The selected Junior Architectural Technician or Architect may also be required to take on other projects where necessary, so prospective candidates will have a flexible work approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for determined individuals eager to pursue their career in the architectural industry to work with some experience and motivated architects on some large scale retail projects.
Essential Requirements:
·Proficient user of any commercially relevant CAD software design tools.
·Strong technical ability and quality assurance
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Up to date knowledge of UK building regulations
·Wide understanding in UK construction methods/techniques, and Considerable construction detailing experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and a proven record of successfully working on residential / commercial projects.
