Junior admin role available for property maintenance company based in Imperial Wharf, near Chelsea Design Centre.
If you have some office admin experience that would be useful, although this is not essential. The job will very much be on a learn-as-you-go basis due to our individual way of doing things.
It's important that you have bundles of common sense and a quick learner, that can work independently when required.
You should be comfortable working with Excel, Word etc. And have a decent eye for numbers. We also expect you to be fluent in both spoken and written English, especially good with email communication.
We use Salesforce, a cloud-based CRM system - no previous experience required, but a slight benefit if you are familiar with it.
The job will involve data inputting, filing, general office admin, basic Human Resources , some fleet management, answering phones, sending statements and chasing payments from clients and much more.
This is a role which can develop in accordance with your skill-set: the more you want to take on the more you will be given to do, with room for salary improvement.
