You will be working for a technology solutions provider based in Brentford, West London. This is a role which supports the commercial management and operations management.The day to day tasks will be related to project delivery and support contract response co-ordination. You will be able to work as part of a team and complete tasks in a time efficient and compliant manner.
Previous experience is helpful but this is not a requirement.
This role would be suitable to a university graduate that would like to get exposure to corporate sector technology projects or someone with previous experience. The role is open to a suitably skilled person that may only be available 4 days per week. There is the capacity for this successful candidate to progress their professional development.
The role responsibilities include: Liaising with internal resource management, Engagement with suppliers and sub-contractors, Monitoring budgets, Taking meeting minutes ,Completing compliance documentation, Updating project and support records, CRM data input to Salesforce, Produce reports.
Skills : MS Word, Excel, Power point Salesforce- would be beneficial Time management Mathematically competent.
Strong communication skills Problem solving Strong telephone communications English speaking.
Must comply with criminal record check. Salary subject to experience.
