Junior Admin Assistant Needed

We are a property law firm looking for a Junior Office Admin Assistant. This is an entry level role for someone looking to have a career in office work.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide administration support to ensure the efficient running of the Practice. Tasks will include; managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls; filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning, printing; dealing with incoming and outgoing post, recorded delivery items (DX),faxes, managing office consumables, keeping the office and reception tidy; running errands, making tea and coffee.
The ideal candidate will have; excellent telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills, organised and efficient administration skills, good time management, flexible and adaptable, positive attitude and self motivation. Proficiency with Microsoft word, excel and Outlook.
