This is an exciting opportunity to join our organic cold-pressed juice bar and kitchen based in North Acton. We serve a variety of cold-pressed juices, made-to-order smoothies, breakfast bowls, fresh lunch and guilt-free, raw desserts. We’re looking for a reliable juice production supervisor to work within our team preparing, mixing and bottling our juices. You will need to be a team player that is able to multi-task and be on your feet for most of the shift.
Your role is critical in ensuring that juice production runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with kitchen/catering experience. An interest in organic, natural food is a plus.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key responsibilities:
-Supervision of entire drinks production process.
-Preparing bottling and packaging for juices and nut Milks.
-Using juice production equipment including juicers and citrus juicers.
-Mixing and bottling juice recipes according to production sheets.
-Managing and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
-General juice production tasks
-Kitchen hygiene and organization
-Able to maintain a proficient understanding of our operational requirements and what is needed to fulfill them.
-Ensuring the production kitchen is kept clean and that machinery is kept clean and in good working order.
-Managing stock ordering, intake and count.

Essential requirements:
-Production kitchen supervisory experience.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Must be able to work as a team and work well with others.
-Must be clean, organized and helpful with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Able to work flexible shifts starting in the afternoon with a late finish.
-Previous role in a commercial kitchen environment.
-Interest in healthy food and juicing is favourable, but not essential.
-Level 2 Food and Hygiene certificate is a plus-Eligible to live and work in UK.
