Tapa Tapa at Excel is looking to expand our team and we need a new kitchen porter to join us in the kitchen team due to promotion of our previous KP.
Our location at ExCel means we look after a diverse clientele attending event at the Exhibition and Event centre. We combine elegant design with authentic Spanish Tapas made by our Spanish team of chefs and a wide selection of native wines, Beers and drinks. Our front of house team deliver exquisite service and make sure that our guests love eating, drinking, relaxing and being in our restaurant. In short we aspire to be the best in the area and are looking for a talented individual to help make that happen.
The Role
Our Kitchen Porters start learning to make tapas on day one in the kitchen so they can aid our lead kitchen team and be promoted quickly. Of course the main job is washing pots, pans dishes and cutlery and cleaning the kitchen maintaining our exacting standards.

experience
Please only apply if you have significant experience working in a UK chain or independent restaurant and speak some English. This role would suit an existing kitchen assistant or kitchen porter looking for a new challenge in a smaller company where you can truly make a difference.
Pay Rates
The role pays £8.00 per hour at starting and also earns gratuities.
