Tapa Tapa and La Barrique are located next to London’s ExCel Centre just next to the Custom House DLR station.
We are some of the most popular restaurants in the area and serve a blend of Classic and Modern Tapas dishes in Tapa Tapa accompanied by our unique wines, mixed drinks, Spanish and craft Beers. As a venue located by an exhibition centre we are very busy on event days and also a popular venue for corporate events. La Barrique served authentic Italian Pizza and charcuterie boards as well as classic such as Lasagne. La Barrique is the ExCel's favorite wine bar.
We are looking for 2 Waiters and Waitresses with relevant experience to come and join our team ahead of the busy Autumn season. We look for dynamic and energetic team members who enjoy being part of a hard working team who love providing our guests with memorable experiences and service.
Senior Waiter/Waitress Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming Guests
Taking orders and Looking after Tables
Use of our EPOS system
Processing Payments
Clearing and Cleaning tables
Contributing to our amazing team

About Dalziel and Vine
Dalziel and Vine is a company proud to be based in the East of London which currently has 2 restaurants located in E16 and another in E14. Our aim is to be the best restaurant company in the East of London and to grow our company further in the coming years.

Working Hours

We are looking primarily for full time senior waiters/waitresses/supervisors working 40 hours per week on average.
Most working weeks are based on 5 working days and 2 rest days.
Our restaurants generally open at 1130 and closes at 2300 7 days a week.

About You
​You MUST speak good English and be able to describe your suitability for our team at an interview.
You should have experience working in similar restaurants and be familiar with the London dining scene. We like to employ team members who enjoy a healthy work/life balance and as such suggest you apply only if you live within 45 minutes travelling time from Custom House Station.
