Team members needed for Bleecker's summer on the southbank.
We launched Bleecker in the summer 2012 as a food truck and have developed a cult following for our burgers ever since.
We win awards, including Time Out’s best burger award in 2015, 2021 and 2022.
Our expansion and awards are down to our team and our goal to serve the best burgers in town every single time out. We buy awesome grass-fed beef, from small UK farms. It is then 50 day dry aged and butchered by Nathan Mills at The Butchery in Bermondsey. We hand-cut our fries from fresh potatoes and we make our own ice cream. We have dedication and pride in what we do as well as creating a fun and professional work environment.
We are looking for team members with all levels of experience in hospitality to join our summer Southbank team. You must be friendly, confident, and passionate about great food.
The Ideal candidate:

Some hospitality experience but not a strict requirement.
Loves interacting with people
Calm under pressure with a sense of humour.
Passionate about food and drink
Be a warrior
Loves awesome beef
