Full time, part-time and casual work available within small catering company. All positions are self-employed.
Kitchen assistant required.
MUST have kitchen experience, be able to cook and prep ingredients. Duties include upkeep of kitchen, cleaning surfaces, equipment, floors and WC, also open and close kitchen and receive stock. Knowledge of hygiene is essential and an understanding of British, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and health food.
Usual hours 8am - 3pm; occasional weekends. Immediate start. 9 per hour.

Experienced Chef/Cook required.
MUST be able to prepare menus by following instructions and create and cost new menus. Have good food presentation standards and be able to delegate and instruct assistant on how and what to prep. Knowledge of food and kitchen hygiene is essential and is an understanding of British, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and health food trends.
Work is regular and permanent; you will be contracted as self-employed / a freelancer and not employed by the company. Candidate must be flexible and available at short notice inc. Occasional weekends. £10 - £12 per hour.

Cleaner and helper required.
MUST have cleaning experience, be able to follow written and verbal instructions whilst working independently. Duties include thorough cleaning of kitchen, cleaning surfaces, equipment, floors and WC. Knowledge of hygiene is essential. Can work flexible hours to work around existing commitments.

Delivery Driver required:
Driver required for daytime food deliveries. Must have own car or small van, be based in East London but have knowledge and confidence to drive in and around London. Payment is a minimum of £15 per drop, increases depending on location. One to two drops per day, sometimes three.
