Property Manager / Property Management Administrator
We are a long established, independent and reputable busy estate agent located on the Edgware/Mill Hill borders looking for an enthusiastic, driven and goodhearted person to join our team. Age is irrelevant!
The job roles day to day key responsibilities will include;
- handling and recording new maintenance reports
- organising contractor appointments
- reporting and communication to tenants, landlords and contractors
- following management systems
- seeing repairs and maintenance reports from start to completion
- invoice processing and payment requesting/collection
- working closely alongside our current property management team
- delivering excellent customer service at all times
- arranging and conducting property inspections
- other day to day administration duties
The right candidate should ideally live locally, have excellent computer and communication skills and the confidence to develop strong relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike. Must also be willing to work Monday - Saturday (our office opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm) and must hold a valid UK driving license with use of own car.
The basic salary offered would range from £18,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on the candidates experience and knowledge levels in the property industry.
