A family in Upper Holloway are looking for a gentle and empathic nanny able to support child-led play with their 3 yr and 1 yr old.
The ideal nanny will be affectionate and loving with a qualification or keen interest in child development.
The 3 yr old goes to nursery 9-3 and the nanny would need to research local activities as the family are new to the neighbourhood. They can offer 5 weeks of holiday a year and pay for books on child-development.
It is important that the nanny practices positive re-enforcement rather than naughty step techniques, is able to put boundaries in place with empathy, can support children with their big feelings and work through problems as a team.

Duties will include:
Nursery drop off and pick up
Local activities (parks and playgroups)
Swimming
Arts and crafts
Cooking for the children
Nursery duties and keeping the place clean and tidy

Hours: 8:30 am until 6:30 pm Monday to Friday. Occasional baby-sitting on weekends
Rate: £11-£12 net per hour
Driver: ideally for the school run but not essential.
