The Green in Clerkenwell is a small pub with daily changing menu focused on seasonal cooking.
E're looking for a Jnr Sous to help run the kitchen.
Previous experience at this level not essential. Ideally an enthusiastic hungry chef looking to be part of a small team working together and developing within the company.
Progression available within our sister pub, The culpeper and new opening in late summer 2022.
Pay: £24-25k + tronc (approximately £3kpa)
5 Days a week, 7 shifts. 50-55 hours.
