Jnr Sous Pastry Chef - 2AA Restaurant - City Of London - 32k +WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Jnr Sous Pastry Chef Establishment: 2AA Modern Restaurant Average Covers: 60 for lunch, 120 + for dinner Cuisine: Asian with a south American influence Brigade: 7 + within pastry Location: City Of London (Hammersmith and City, Circle, Metropolitan and Central Line)Salary: 32,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 5 days on - 7 shifts per week (50 hrs per week)Last orders: 11:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A reliable, passionate and driven Jnr Sous Pastry Chef to assist in running a brigade of 7 +.* An inspirational leader who can guide and develop junior members within the team.* Someone who takes great pride in their work.* The Jnr Sous Pastry Chef must be competent in designing and costing new menus.* Someone who is used to large volume and can work well under pressure.* All candidates must have previous experience working as a Sous Pastry Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.* Previous experience working with south American or Asian cuisine would be advantageous.* Ideally the successful Jnr Sous Pastry Chef will be qualified in patisserie and bakery.
