Following a major seven-million pound plus refurbishment, this 250 seater Restaurant and Cocktail Bar independent located in Central London launched last year to Rave reviews.
Stunning interior design delivering the ‘wow’ factor – offering breakfast / brunch, all day contemporary Pan-Asian in the sharing and small plate style plus events.
7 day operation: 500 – 600 + covers per day.
Role Description
Medium-sized kitchen (high spec kit); brigade of 30 – 35 chefs under the guidance of the Executive and Head chef team (Michelin-star / high end London backgrounds):
Daily kitchen management support: organisation of team; daily smooth running of the kitchen; team supervision and service (expediting on the pass)
Daily fresh food prep and production, mise en place for busy lunch / dinner service (350 – 450 + covers), ensuring delivery of unrivalled quality and service standards
Daily stock control, food orders, daily H and S checks and records, cleaning rosters
Menu input / ideas and creativity encouraged (embracing modern techniques and trends)

Salary and Benefits
Start salary: £30,000 pa + Paid Overtime
Permanent contract subject to standard 3 months probationary period + regular salary reviews + 28 standard annual leave + work place pension + staff discounts and annual appraisals + training courses as required + FAM trips + laundered uniform + meals on duty
approximately. 50 hrs p wk / 7 shifts over 5 days incl. Weekends
