A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the family at Jamie Oliver’s – Fifteen Restaurant, one of London’s most iconic restaurants.
The ideal candidate for the role will have experience cooking at the highest level, experience in restaurants or hotels with accolades would be beneficial.
As Chef de Partie, you will be overseeing and running sections within a talented brigade of chefs. All food is cooked using fresh seasonal produce with a strong modern British influence within state of the art kitchen facilities. The ideal Chef de Partie will be career driven, confidant, clear in communication and can work well under pressure while overseeing and supporting the Jamie Oliver Fifteen Apprentices.
