We, Dalla Terra have two beautiful and elegant, very popular Italian wine/cocktail bars and kitchens. One bar is in Soho, the other is in Covent Garden.
Our Italian and International wine list is second to none, covering over 550 labels. We also allow customers to take home wines. We have an extensive cocktail, grappa, whisky list and a simple, home made Italian menu. Antipasti, pasta, fish and beef are our most popular dishes.
We are offering full-time work of 40-50 hours per week with two days off, holiday and sick pay and part-time 15-30 hours per week. Our team is young, professional and motivated. We are only interested in people who enjoy working and want to be a part of a happy, intelligent company.
BAR STAFF: We are looking for experienced cocktail mixers and all other bar positions. We serve around 25 wines by the glass, over 30 different cocktails as well as coffee etc. Good knowledge of bar operation is extremely useful but not compulsory. We offer at least £8ph and service charge and , training for the less experienced. Extremely good salary and service charge is available for more experienced staff or managers.

WAITING: We operate as a cafe and restaurant, giving high quality, personal service to all our customers, many are regulars. You need to have at least 6 months table waiting experience but also be willing to learn our food and drink offer, style and approach.

KITCHEN: In addition to our kitchen we want to begin to operate an antipasti table on the restaurant floor to encourage sales to the customers and create an interactive eating and drinking experience. We are looking for very presentable chefs to operate the table and interact with our fantastic guests. Additionally we are looking for kitchen porters and competent chefs to prepare our cooked food menu.
