Italian Speaking Administrator Job

We are seeking the recruitment of an Order Processor Clerk, Telephonist/Administrator must be fluent in English and Italian languages to strengthen the order office.
The tasks include liaison with customers and sales representatives, taking and processing orders, invoice preparation and general office administration, whilst also reporting to the office manager and working closely with the Accounts department. The successful candidate will be professional and accurate.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week ( Monday to Friday), plus 1 Saturday morning per month and 1 working week of night shifts per month (night shift only after 3 month training period) - flexibility required
Requirements: Computer literacy required and office experience preferred. Must have professional attitude and have lived in the UK for a minimum of 1 year.
Salary: up to £ 19,000 p.a.
