About The Role
Skills / experience
We expect the ideal sommelier will be someone with experience in only one of the three following areas, Restaurant Management or Wine Waiter or Wine Retail.
We are looking for a candidate with energy and drive to learn about Italian wine in our high paced restaurant, and all training will be done in house.
Please note that the right to work in the UK and conversational English is essential.
