We are a regional Italian restaurant in the West End specializing in delightful obscurities from across Italy and known for our stripped-down, honest regional Italian cuisine. Despite the buzzy feel and glamorous surroundings, we are a family business, a small and humble trattoria at heart.
We are looking for full time waiting staff with at least 2 years experience, preferably in a similar high paced restaurant in Central London. Knowledge of Italian food is not essential, as staff training and development is important to us!
