We are a Barnes based Anglo Italian family looking for a live in nanny. Our children are bilingual Italian English and we hope to maintain their fluency.

We have a 5 year old daughter and a son who is almost 3 years.

Both parents work. Mum works 4 days a week and is at home on Friday.

Our daughter attends school in Fulham and our son attends nursery in the mornings locally.
We are looking for a live in nanny to work 07:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday sole charge and 07:00 to 09:30 on a Friday morning to help cover the school and nursery run. We would like a nanny who is also open to regular ad hoc babysitting and travelling for a small number of weeks a year. The accommodation within the the house has its own entrance and comprises of a large double bedroom ensuite. Also available is the use of a separate kitchen that is within our playroom area.

Beyond the care and well being of the children and their social and educational development, duties will include drop off and collection of the children (this is shared with another family), the children's laundry, maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, Toys and rooms used by the children and the preparation of healthy nutritious meals for the children. The nanny will be expected to carry out some light household tasks such as emptying the dishwasher and some laundry.

Ideally we will find a kind and warm nanny who has pursued a childcare care path over many years and can provide excellent references.

Continuity is important for us so we would expect our nanny to stay with us on a long term basis.
