ITALIAN AND UK CREDIT CONTROLLER
Osborne and Little Ltd, leading international designer of high quality furnishing fabrics and wallpapers has an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller based in our South London Head Office.
Job Description:
Dealing with a diverse range of trade accounts both Export and Domestic markets.
Processing payments using on line banking
Calculating and processing monthly RI BA payments
Chasing overdue customers by post, email and phone up to the point of litigation.
Processing Credits notes
Dealing with account enquiries and disputes
Liaising with Sales teams
Working with colleagues on Sales desks here in London Head Office and in Italy
There will also be cross training as the Credit Control team cover each other’s work during holidays, sickness etc.
Main skills Required:
Fluent in Italian
Very organised and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent Customer Service and Administration Skills
Flexibility and quick reaction time
Willing to learn and develop within the company
Team player
experience working with SAP and Excel preferable but not essential.
Pay: circa £24,500 per annum
Monday to Friday
Permanent – 35 hours per week – 9.30am to 5.30pm
