CompTIA IT Fundamentals
CompTIA A +
Microsoft Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012

Anyone who becomes certified using one of The Training Room courses, will be guaranteed a job.
As an Infrastructure Technician at NTT Data you will:

Provide support to NTT Data’s internal and external customers and help them to be as efficient as possible when using technology.
Use tools to solve problems and troubleshoot non-routine issues.
Set people up on systems and provide ongoing support when required.
Rectify problems to maintain the organisations’ continued productivity.
