Job Overview
IT Engineer Requirements:

To provide a courteous and professional service to our clients at all times.
Help to meet clients needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools Knowledge of computer hardware including, desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices experience of installing, and using one or more computer operating systems such as Mac OS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux Able to work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software and networking issues.
To provide first line support, answering support queries via phone, email and on-site.
Desktop/Server installation and configuration. Resolving faults and explaining to client the work you have carried out in a simple non technical manner.

Please ONLY apply if you have experience in:
- Providing first line, second line preferably third line support with Mac OS.
- Good understanding of networking
