What would your typical day look like?
You receive a request from Mila to help a client in South London to install their new Smart TV tomorrow. You call your customer right away to confirm appointment details. This evening you have an appointment scheduled in Chelsea to set up a Macbook Air. You arrive at your customer's home and go through the Mac installation process and walk the customer through different features of their new laptop.

Requirements

Excellent technical skills (IT, IT Support, Network, Help Desk, installations, troubleshooting of various smart home devices e.g. Laptops, smart cameras, phones, TV's, IT, IT Support, Network, Help Desk)

Excellent communication skills

Interest and experience in smart home technology.
