IT Support Help Desk Wanted in London

Established 16 years ago, Maxnett is based in Greenford, West London and provides a comprehensive range of outsourced IT services to SMEs across the London area. We support Windows Server, Office 365, Hyper-V, VOIP, Enterprise WiFi, Routing and Switching solutions amongst many other technologies.
Our diverse customer base includes Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, Private Defence, Media and many other sectors.
Once up to speed, you will be working as a member of the help desk team and you will also travel to customer sites for support and implementation work, because of this you will need to live within a reasonable distance from West London. Depending on your skill set you will also be involved in project implementations.
After an initial training period, you will have the option to become home based for up to 3 days per week.
You will be working with a friendly team of professionals with skills across a wide range of technologies.
To be considered for this role you will need:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
experience working in a support desk and/or field-based server/network/desktop support role.
A full UK driving or motorcycle license and access to your own vehicle (preferable)
Live within reasonable distance of West London.

experience with the following technologies is required:

Windows Server 2008 onwards
MS Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2021, 365

experience with the following would be an advantage:

Firewalls
Switches
Routers
Linux Operating Systems
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Share Point
