1St/2nd Line Remote and Face to Face Support.
On the job training for cloud services, windows server and next gen security.
Office 365 support and troubleshooting
Setting up new PCs and installing them face to face.
Project work for new cloud installs and streamline of IT Systems.
Checking backups, systems, and any security breaches.
Help Desk support for clients calls and on-site support.
Skills
Tech Savvy, enthusiastic, commitment to get to the bottom of a problem and to go the extra mile.
Have had Level 1 IT Support experience on a busy help desk.
Windows Desktop experience
Removed Viruses or diagnosed slow or not working computers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with problems in a time pressured environment.
