IT Support Engineer Vacancy in London

Responsibilities include:

To provide IT support and preventative maintenance for Small and Medium Enterprises.
1St and 2nd line Hands-on IT Support and problem management.
To manage calls and tickets detailing progress on each task for both the end user and other team members.
Communicate with all relevant parties affected by any task in a timely, professional manner.
Ensure that IT issues and faults are properly reported to the IT team and resolved in the shortest possible time.
Ensuring the smooth running of all IT and communications systems.
Resolve complex hardware/software issues
Support Office 365, Exchange and Share Point.
Provide support for MS Office 2013 and 2021
Daily Server Backups, Maintenance, Installation, Configuration, Virtualisation.
Active Directory and Group Policy Management 2021
Network Maintenance and Configuration (Routes, Switch’s, Access points)
Structured cabling install, Data Rack Builds, UPS management.
Hikvision CCTV system install, troubleshooting and support.
VoIP system installation and Troubleshooting support.
Supporting Cloud Services (Office 365 and G Suite)
Network Printer/scanners support
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting
Comfortable working with all levels of staff.
Working with multiple suppliers and service providers.

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

Microsoft Certified Windows 10, Office 2021, MCSA Office 365 Productivity.
CompTIA A +, Network +, Security + Certifications.
Draytek Vigor(Advanced Level) on Routers OS and Layer 2 Switch’s.
Grandstream VoIP IPPBX and Video Conference Qualifications.
Hikvision CCTV Systems Certified (HCSA, HCSP)
Acronis Certified Backup Certified Engineer for Acronis Backup.
Veeam Certified VMSP, VMTSP
Bachelor or Master in IT Degree is essential.
UK Driving License with 1-year minimum driving experience required (Clean)

Knowledge and expert skill in Installing, diagnosing and troubleshooting:

Windows 7, 8, 10, Apple Mac OS X 10.7 and Later Editions.
Windows 2008, 2012, 2021 Servers.
Microsoft Exchange and email functionality.
Office 2013, 2021 (Office 365) Applications.
Draytek 2860, 2862, 2960, 3900 routers
Grandstream voip ucm 6202, 6500 ip pbx's.
Telephony concepts and technologies and video conference solutions.
QoS (LAN and WAN)
Cisco SG200, SG500 and Draytek Network Switch’s (Layer 2, Layer 3 Setups)
VLAN setups and Management.
Wireless Network devices Cisco WAP 121, 321, 371 Devices Series via Clustering (Sign Point Setup).
Wireless Networks Device Draytek AP 900 and 910 Series via Draytek Routers Central management.
CCTV Systems by Hikvision NVR, Turbo DVR, IP Camera, Analogue Camera’s, IVMS, Remote View Setups.
Acronis Backup Software True image 2021 or later, Advanced Backup and Recovery suite and Cloud Backup 2.
Veeam Endpoint, Veeam Backup and Recovery.
ESET Endpoint Security, File Security, ERA.
Network Printers / Scanners (SMB Range - Sharp, Konica, Richo, HP, canon, Brother)
VPN Setups: LAN 2 LAN, Remote Dail in Connection using L2TP and SSL on Draytek Routers.
Yealink, Grandstream VoIP Desk and Wireless Dect Phones with Repeater.
Strong customer service

Microsoft Azure infrastructure setup and troubleshooting.
Mobile device and mobile device management tools.
ITIL framework principles.

Salaries and Package:

Annual Salary: £20K - £25k (Depending on experience)
20 Days Paid Leave Per annum plus Bank Holidays.
Access to Contributory Pension Scheme
Annual salary review + Performance element.
