Job Responsibilities:
• Give network and cabling infrastructure support
• Install laptop, desktop and server computer hardware and software
• Give Help Desk support for any IT system.
• Develop general hardware maintenance
• Monitor all IT resources the company requires to keep the business running (Servers, PC’s, Telephone System, Network etc).
• Monitor and maintain the email marketing system ensuring marketing campaigns run smoothly.
Personal skills:
• Good technical understanding of Microsoft platforms and applications
• A self starter and quick learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisation
