We are seeking a candidate who dwells in the world of technology, loves learning and is interested in discovering new ways to make a difference. You will be involved in managing all aspects of IT and responsible for providing an empowering and enabling IT Support environment.
experience required:
Minimum 3 to 5 years skilled experience in Office 2010 applications, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
Windows 2012 server and Share Point Server.
NAS (Network Attached Storage) unit
Lenovo laptops (running Windows 7/10 and Office 2010/2021)
Can demonstrate the ability to support desktop applications on Windows and Windows 7.
Excellent verbal and written communication. Communicate technical information to laypeople in a concise and cogent fashion.
Strong documentation skills.
Specify tests to evaluate new software and hardware.
Good understanding of Internet and Internet technologies (DSL and VPN).
General Networking Skills (TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi).
Knowledge of Windows 2012 Server and Basic administration of Share Point Server.
Familiarity with VBA (Visual Basic for application) and Macros is a plus.
CCNA / CCNP certifications (desirable)
