Global IT Professional Services (GITPS) is looking for experienced and junior recruitment consultants to work for an established recruiter in Richmond, Surrey. Much of the work involves talking to the candidates on a daily basis - 30 to 40 calls daily. To be considered for the role you should have a proactive attitude with a team player approach and be self-motivated with a serious desire to succeed. You must have first class communication skills and are not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people. The role will suit a recent graduate with some customer service/telesales experience and fluent English. Must be able to be based in Richmond, within easy commutable distance of the offices and be eligible to work without restrictions. We also work extensively in Finland so anyone also with Scandinavian languages skills would also be considered
No IT experience is really necessary but of course would be of benefit but the ability to be on the phone all day is essential to succeeding and also being extremely organised.
