Zuma Japanese Restaurant – IT Assistant – 3 month contract – Starting July 2nd.
We are recruiting for a IT Assistant to join the IT team at our Head Office in Central London on a.
3 Month contract role.
Working within the IT team, the role’s key focus will be to assist the IT Support Engineer with rolling out and documenting IT security and GDPR related projects, including but not limited to:
MacOS and iOS management and monitoring tools.
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Two factor authentication (2FA)
User access permission matrix (documentation)
Other duties will include:
Communicating with 3rd party providers where necessary.
Providing IT support to our 7 London restaurants as well as Head Office when required.
Assist IT Support Engineer on any other IT related projects when asked.
It is essential that you have experience in:
Troubleshooting common hardware/software issues.
Meeting deadlines and being able to adjust to changing priorities.
Picking up new skills and knowledge quickly when faced with new challenges.
Being exceptionally detail focused
Along with this you must have basic IT Certifications such as CompTIA ++ or equivalent.
The role is available from July 2nd 2022 and is full time from Monday to Friday.
