The role of Apprentice is the ideal opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic apprentice to make their first steps towards a career in architectural IT and support.
Qualities Required:
Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.
Note: The qualification is most suitable for recent school leavers and non-graduates.

The role
The IT level 2 qualification and training will be delivered by White Hat.
Location: Nearest stations are Camden Road and Mornington Crescent, London
Primary Responsibilities (Document Controller/ IT support):
1. Manage the receipt and issue of digital documentation for the architects, coordinate with external consultants and clients to ensure our teams have access to the most up to date drawings and project information.
2. Conduct project audits to identify non-compliance with practice protocols (with supervision from the Head of Operations)
3. Archive and manage all architectural appointment documents.
4. Work with Head of Operations to install, monitor and update key design software packages, including managing shared licenses to ensure consistent and smooth workflow for all three offices.
5. Assist with the configuration and installation of new IT hardware and software as required.
6. Assist Head of Operations with monthly project financial management, including the preparation and issue of invoice documents.
7. Maintain office equipment database.
8. Create Project CV’s for all technical staff
9. Assist Head of Operations with other tasks as required.
Hours: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Skills Required:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
1. An aptitude for IT would be a significant benefit.
2. Strong attention to detail, with excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
3. A can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure
4. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication

1. A proactive and positive attitude and be team motivated
2. Excellent multitasking skills
