Island Poke are hiring!
Island Poke was born from the boredom of the generic grab and go lunch scene and has been designed to bring a new and relaxed approach to the raw fish food scene: Poké originates from the Hawaiian Islands and consists of a mix of raw cubes of fish with a soy based dressing, served in a bowl with sushi rice and garnish. It’s super healthy!
Having successfully launched our first Poké site in Soho to great acclaim, we are now about to open our second site in Broadgate Circle and so we are on the hunt for a new team: we are looking for supervisors, front of house servers and runners and kitchen teams.
