We are a small but established firm of professional inventory providers with an excellent reputation for quality of service in the residential property market. We provide inventory reports for estate agents, private landlords and property management companies based in and around the South East of London.Our friendly team are based in offices close to Greenwich town centre.
We are looking for an individual to replace one of our current excellent inventory clerks who is now moving to Spain. The ideal candidate for the role will live within easily commutable distance to the Greenwich SE10 area. The position is full time with the flexibility to work from home if desired. The role will require you to be available between Monday to Friday and also for shorter periods on Saturday and occasionally Sunday.
A full UK driving license is essential. Car ownership beneficial although a vehicle may also be provided for your use during working hours as and when required.
No formal is experience is necessary as we will provide full training at our offices. The role of the inventory clerk includes
Booking in new inventory jobs requested by our clients.
Collecting and returning keys for properties from the client or arranging access with tenants
Visiting and inspecting residential properties
Photographing the property and its contents
Reporting the detailed condition of the property using professional inventory software
All equipment will be provided including a phone, camera and laptop.
This is an excellent opportunity to become involved in the exciting and fast moving residential property industry. To succeed in the role you will need to be organised, punctual and have excellent spoken and written English. A friendly and professional approach is also important.
You will receive a percentage commission from each report with expected on target earnings of £18,000 to £22,000 per annum + Bonus’s.
