Our inventory company, based in London, is growing and expanding at an extraordinary rate!
We provide inventory, check in, check out and mid term inspection services for estate agents in North, North West and Central London but we often have requests to carry out inspections on properties in other parts of London.
We are looking for hard working, well presented, part time freelance inventory clerks to document the condition of residential properties at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as mid-term inspections. Inspections could take place any time between Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is a non-negotiable requirement and any fluency in another language would be a bonus. An eye for detail, the ability to attend last minute inspections across London and always being well-presented and well-manner are also requirements. We would like candidates to have some experience of conducting property inspections but being trustworthy and willing to work hard is more important to us as training will be provided.
